On October 10, 2014, the 1st Conference for financial directors, organized by the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce, was held in the CLAAS office in Krasnodar. This event was organized for the first time in the South of Russia. The program was led by Ulf Schneider, Chairman of the Tax, Financial Reporting and Controlling Committee of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce and Prof. Dr. Ralf Bendisch, Commissioner of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce for the Southern Federal District, General Director of CLAAS.
The Conference was attended by the partner, head of the Department of Foreign Economic Activity of MauerGroupRostov LLC Alexey Vladimirovich Miroshnikov, as well as the leading consultant Natalya Valentinovna Baranichenko.
Representatives of German companies with practical experience of working in Russia made presentations at the conference.
Representatives of the companies familiarized the participants with an overview of the sphere of taxation, accounting, controlling and information technologies in Russia. In addition, the participants discussed EU sanctions against Russian citizens and entrepreneurs, as well as what measures should be taken to avoid criminal offenses. Separately, the participants discussed the opportunity to register several general directors in one company, which has appeared at the legislative level.
After the conference, during a specially organized reception for this occasion, representatives of MauerGroup held bilateral negotiations with the conference participants.
