The goals of this event were to develop relations between business representatives of the two countries and expand contacts for those interested in Switzerland as a place for locating and developing a business.
The meeting was intended to acquaint participants with both the opportunities and difficulties of opening and developing a business in Switzerland.
The seminar was held in the form of an active and constructive dialogue. As part of the event, invited experts spoke about the geography of Swiss production, the peculiarities of the mentality and the intricacies of negotiating with Swiss partners, the legal framework, business risks, the organization of financing and practical tools for doing business in Switzerland.
Companies operating in the financial sector were presented, as well as information on successful Russian-Swiss projects. The cantons of Great Geneva Berne Area, St. Gallen Bodensee Area and the canton of Ticino were also represented.
The head of the international cooperation department of MauerGroupRostov, Aleksey Vladimirovich Miroshnikov, took part in this seminar. After the seminar, he held talks with representatives of the cantons, as well as with the project manager of the Swiss Business Assistance Center, Elena Groshkova. During these talks, the possibilities of cooperation with MauerGroup were discussed.
The goal of the Swiss Business Assistance Center is to develop and strengthen business relations between Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Russia. The Center collects information about the Russian market and monitors changes in legislation related to business. The task of the Center is also to provide support to companies interested in organizing their business in Switzerland and provide them with contact and other relevant information. MauerGroup has been successfully cooperating with this center for several years.
