On April 19, 2016 the meeting with participation of representatives of the Taiwan organization of foreign trade (TAITRA) took place in Rostov-on-Don on basis of the Chamber of industry and commerce of Rostov Region.
TAITRA is a council for development of the foreign trade of Taiwan uniting the functions of Chamber of industry and commerce and exhibition center.
In the course of event Mr. Allen Hsu, Head of the representation of TAITRA in Moscow, presented the detailed presentation of activities of the council. Among the basic spheres there are informational technologies, electronics and microelectronics, machine tools and equipment (processing of metals and wood, agriculture, packaging, etc.), ecological ("green") direction in energetics, automobiles (accessories, spare parts).
Both parts expressed the intention for adjustment and developing of trade and economic connections between the business circles of Rostov Region and Taiwan in different activity spheres.
